我们是谁

间歇是一款 iPhone / iPad 训练计时器。你可以点一套快速开始，也可以说出或打出一套方案，然后按真实时间计时。

核心原则

我们不收集、不上传、不出售、不与第三方共享你的个人信息。本 App 没有账号系统，没有分析统计，没有广告，没有追踪，也不保存训练记录。 我们没有服务器存放你的训练或语音。

本 App 会在设备上处理哪些内容

• 设置：语音播报、长时段提醒、最后 3 秒滴答、震动、提示时压低音乐、训练时屏幕常亮、锁屏后提醒下一阶段。这些开关保存在本机。
• 当前这次训练：快速开始或你刚编辑的方案只存在于这一次打开的过程中。离开后不会写成一份「我的训练」列表。
• 语音：只有你点「开始说」之后才会使用麦克风。音频用于把中文转成训练方案，不会保存成录音文件。转写出来的文字留在当前编辑页，你可以改完再开始。
• 本地通知：训练进行中，如果打开了锁屏提醒，系统会在本机安排下一阶段的通知。暂停、结束或完成后会清掉这些待发送通知。通知内容是阶段名称和时长，不会发到我们的服务器。

语音识别交给谁

设备支持中文离线识别时，转写在这台设备上完成，音频不会为了识别而离开设备。

设备没有中文离线识别时，系统会把语音交给 Apple 的语音识别转写。那是 Apple 的服务，不是我们的服务器。我们收不到音频文件，也不保存它。App 里会写明当前是在本机识别，还是交给 Apple。

你也可以不说话，直接打字。

数据存在哪里

• 设置保存在本机系统偏好
• 当前方案和倒计时只在这次使用期间留在内存里
• 不会同步到我们的服务器；我们也没有云端训练库
• 卸载 App 后，系统会删除本机设置。已经安排的本地通知会随 App 一起消失

权限说明

• 麦克风：只在你点击「开始说」之后申请和使用，用来听你描述的训练方案。
• 语音识别：把你说的话转成文字。拒绝后仍可打字生成方案。
• 通知：第一次开始训练时询问。允许后，锁屏时可以提醒下一阶段。拒绝后计时仍然按真实时间走，只是锁屏时不响。
• 本 App 不申请照片、定位、通讯录、跟踪或健康权限。

你能控制什么

• 不使用语音，直接点快速开始或打字
• 在设置里关闭语音、滴答、震动、压低音乐、屏幕常亮和锁屏通知
• 到系统设置里关闭麦克风、语音识别或通知
• 卸载本 App

儿童

本 App 不面向 13 岁以下儿童，也不收集儿童的个人信息。

政策更新

功能若发生变化（例如增加账号、云同步、广告或统计），我们会更新本政策，并在本页面公布最新版本。

Who we are

Interval is a training timer for iPhone and iPad. Start a preset, or speak or type a plan, and the timer follows real time.

Our principle

We do not collect, upload, sell, or share your personal information. Interval has no accounts, no analytics, no ads, no tracking, and no saved workout history. We do not operate a server that stores your workouts or audio.

What the app processes on your device

• Settings: spoken cues, long-phase reminders, a tick for the last 3 seconds, haptics, ducking other audio during cues, keeping the screen awake, and a notification for the next phase while locked. These switches stay on the device.
• The current session: a preset or a plan you just edited exists only for this launch. Leaving the app does not write a saved-workout library.
• Speech: the microphone is used only after you tap start speaking. Audio is used to turn Chinese speech into a plan and is not stored as a recording. The transcript stays on the current editor screen so you can edit it before starting.
• Local notifications: if the lock-screen reminder is on, the system schedules the next phase on this device while a workout is running. Pause, end, or finish clears those pending notifications. The text is the phase name and duration. It is not sent to our servers.

Who transcribes speech

When the device supports on-device Chinese recognition, transcription stays on the device. Audio is not sent off the device for recognition.

When on-device Chinese recognition is unavailable, the system sends speech to Apple’s speech recognition service. That is Apple’s service, not ours. We do not receive or store the audio file. The app tells you whether recognition is on-device or handled by Apple.

You can type a plan instead of speaking.

Where data is stored

• Settings stay in on-device preferences
• The current plan and countdown stay in memory for this session
• Nothing is sent to our servers, and there is no cloud workout library
• Uninstalling the app removes local settings. Pending local notifications go away with the app

Permissions

• Microphone: requested and used only after you tap start speaking, to hear the plan you describe.
• Speech recognition: turns speech into text. If you deny it, you can still type a plan.
• Notifications: asked the first time you start a workout. If allowed, the app can alert you to the next phase while locked. If denied, the timer still follows real time; it just stays quiet on the lock screen.
• The app does not request Photos, Location, Contacts, tracking, or Health access.

Your controls

• Skip speech and use a preset or the keyboard
• Turn off voice, ticks, haptics, audio ducking, keep-awake, and lock-screen alerts in Settings
• Revoke Microphone, Speech Recognition, or Notifications in system Settings
• Uninstall the app

Children

Interval is not directed at children under 13 and does not collect children’s personal information.

Changes

If we add features that change this (for example accounts, cloud sync, ads, or analytics), we will update this policy on this page.
