我们是谁
跳跳（TiaoTiao）是一款跳绳计数 App。你可以用摄像头、AirPods 或 Apple Watch 计数，跳完后在手机上查看圆环、记录，并生成海报。
核心原则
我们不收集、不上传、不出售、不与第三方共享你的跳绳记录或个人信息。本 App 没有账号系统，没有分析统计，没有广告，没有追踪。 核心功能不需要联网。
记录只保存在你自己的设备上。不用注册，不用登录。
本 App 会在设备上处理哪些内容
为了计数和展示记录，本 App 会在设备本地处理：
- 本次的下数、时长、节奏、估算消耗
- 计数方式（摄像头、AirPods 或 Apple Watch）
- 用手表或支持心率的耳机时，跳绳过程中的心率读数
- 你设定的每日目标、间歇方案，以及是否写入健康 App
- 你选择保存的跳绳记录
摄像头画面只用于当场识别身体起伏和可选的贴纸遮挡，不会录像，也不会把画面存下来或传出去。
数据存在哪里
- 跳绳记录、目标和设置保存在本机
- 不会同步到 iCloud，不会传到我们的服务器，我们这边也没有服务器存你的内容
- 可选的「请我喝杯咖啡」走 Apple 的 App Store 内购。付款信息由 Apple 处理；本 App 只在本机记住你请过几杯
卸载 App 后，系统会删除上述本地数据。已写入健康 App 的健身记录仍由健康 App 保管，需要的话请在健康里自行删除。
权限说明
这些权限都按需申请，不授权也能用其余功能。
- 摄像头（可选）：仅用于前置摄像头识别身体上下起伏，从而统计次数。画面在本机实时处理，不保存、不上传。
- 运动与健身（可选）：用于读取 AirPods 和 Apple Watch 的运动传感器，在不看摄像头时计数。
- 健康（可选）：
- 读取：跳绳时显示心率（来自支持心率的耳机或已配对的手表）。
- 写入：设置里的「写入健康 App」默认关闭。打开后，完成的跳绳可以写成健康里的跳绳健身，并附带消耗。
- 手表：健康权限也用来保持这次运动，避免手表中途休眠。
- 照片（仅添加，可选）：只有你主动把海报存到相册时才会用到。本 App 不能读取你的相册。
你能控制什么
- 不授权摄像头、运动或健康，改用其他计数方式
- 关闭「写入健康 App」
- 在记录里删除某一次跳绳
- 不生成、不保存、不分享海报
- 随时卸载本 App
儿童
本 App 不面向 13 岁以下儿童，也不收集儿童的个人信息。
政策更新
功能若发生变化（例如增加云同步、账号或统计），我们会更新本政策，并在本页面公布最新版本。

Who we are
TiaoTiao is a jump-rope counter for iPhone and Apple Watch. You can count with the camera, AirPods, or Apple Watch, then review rings, history, and a shareable poster.
Our principle
We do not collect, upload, sell, or share your jump records or personal information. TiaoTiao has no accounts, no analytics, no ads, and no tracking. Core features work without a network connection.
Records stay on your device. No sign-in is required.
What the app processes on your device
To count jumps and show history, TiaoTiao locally processes:
- Jump count, duration, cadence, and estimated calories for each session
- The counting method (camera, AirPods, or Apple Watch)
- Heart-rate readings during a session when you use a Watch or heart-rate-capable headphones
- Daily goals, interval plans, and whether to write to Apple Health
- Jump records you choose to keep
The camera feed is used only in real time to detect body motion and an optional face sticker. We do not record video, and we do not save or upload camera frames.
Where data is stored
- Jump records, goals, and settings are stored on-device
- Nothing is synced to iCloud or sent to our servers. We do not operate a backend that stores your content.
- The optional “buy me a coffee” tip uses Apple’s In-App Purchase. Apple handles payment details; this app only remembers a local tip count.
Uninstalling the app removes this local data. Workouts already written to Apple Health remain in Health until you delete them there.
Permissions
All of these are requested in context. You can decline and still use the other counting methods.
- Camera (optional): front camera, to detect up-and-down body motion for counting. Frames are processed on-device and are not saved or uploaded.
- Motion & Fitness (optional): AirPods and Apple Watch motion sensors, so you can count without the camera.
- Health (optional):
- Read: heart rate during a session (from compatible headphones or a paired Watch).
- Write: “Write to Health” is off by default. When enabled, a finished session can be saved as a Jump Rope workout with active energy.
- Watch: Health access also keeps the workout running so the watch does not sleep mid-set.
- Photo Library (add-only, optional): used only when you save a poster. The app cannot read your library.
Your controls
- Skip camera, motion, or Health and use another counting method
- Turn off writing to Health
- Delete a session from history
- Skip creating, saving, or sharing a poster
- Uninstall the app at any time
Children
TiaoTiao is not directed at children under 13 and does not collect children’s personal information.
Changes
If we add features that change this (for example cloud sync, accounts, or analytics), we will update this policy on this page.
